If you create a goal or a resolution as many people do early in a new year, if and when you break, there are 3 basic level things you can do:
- Keep going, don’t let a little adversity slow you down, move on.
- You can start over, with more knowledge, and setup better systems to overcome challenges.
- Let a little adversity turn into a monster and quit working on your goals.
One is empowering, humble, gentle and strong. One is a little more rigid, focused on self-discipline and requires a high level of commitment and grit.
